INDIVIDUAL SERVICES : TERMS OF BUSINESS
- Upon booking a trial, we'll send you a questionnaire, together with a full set of terms and conditions.
- A £25 deposit secures your chosen date and we won't accept any further bookings for that date.
- At the trial, and based on your filled-in questionnaire, we can make suggestions and recommendations so that you get the look you want. Based on what you finally settle on, we'll then be able to give you an estimate for the overall costs involved, according to the needs and size of your bridal party.
- After the trial, you'll then have some time to decide if you want to book our services for the special occasion. To confirm your booking, we require an initial deposit, followed by the remainder shortly before the date.
